Once the product is shipped, we no longer allow the order to be canceled but you may return the order if it is requested within 14 days from the shipment date and the items are in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

Sales tax will be applied to all orders. It is essential to complete this process before placing the order. Please note that online orders cannot be processed as tax exempt; therefore, such orders must be placed through a sales representative.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items if requested within 14 days from the shipment date. These items should be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Please report miss-picks (wrong item), errors in quantity (over/short) and damages within five (5) business days of receipt. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For everyone’s safety, we will not accept any returns on opened items.

For our general items, it takes around 3-7 business days for orders to arrive depending on where you live in the United States. The lead time for custom print orders is 12-16 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We appreciate your interest and are actively exploring options for international shipping in the future.
