Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If Your Order is Damaged:
We are sorry to hear that your package was damaged. Please email us at info@customcupfactory.com with your order number and photos of the damaged box and products so we can better understand what happened. These photos will help us file a claim with our shipping carrier.
If Your Order is Incorrect: 
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at info@customcupfactory.com with your order number, a photo of the package showing the label, and the products inside the box. Important: DO NOT OPEN THE SLEEVE—simply take a photo of the product as it appears inside the sleeve. Once we have all the necessary information and your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and ship your correct order as soon as possible.
If Your Order is Defective: 
Please email us at info@customcupfactory.com with photos of the defective product(s) to help us better understand the situation. For example, if the product is leaking, please provide a video. If the product is broken, include a photo showing all the broken pieces and let us know how many pieces are damaged. Once we have all the necessary information, we will provide you with the next steps tailored to your specific case.
