We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist that can function in a Fast Paced, Positive environment. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for Answering Phones, Customer Service, as well as support functions for our Operations and Installation teams.

We are looking for a good fit to join a high-performing team within the company. This is a dynamic opportunity with room for growth, and the ideal candidate must be able to provide the following functions:

-Must speak and write English fluently. Second language a plus.

-Receive in-bound calls from customers and vendors

-Process mail

-Support payable and receivable processing

-Coordinate communication between departments

-Excellent Organizational skills.

-Ability to work individually and as a Team

-Must be a self-starter, motivated employee who can work without supervision.

-Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Primarily Excel, Word, Google Drive, QuickBook)

-Must be thorough and accurate with an attention to details.

-Experience in administrative support role

-Wholesale industry knowledge a plus

-Intermediate skill level for MS Office and QuickBooks, and ability to quickly learn in-house software

-Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills

Position: Sales/ Account Manager

Pay Rate: Base pay $16-22/hour to Start + Commission + Bonus

Job Description

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, while consistently follow and achieve department’s sales goals. Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. 
  • be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. 
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Comply with inventory control procedures

 Skills/Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a retail Sales associate, sales representative or similar role
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Excellent communication and Rapport building skills
  • Must read and write English, Basic Math skills, Familiarity with inventory procedures
  • Basic Microsoft word and excel knowledge, Quickbook knowledge is a plus
  • Team oriented and self motivated, Great time management. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.

 

 

 

Position: Social Media Specialist

Pay Rate: Base Pay  $20.00 - $25.00/hour

 Job Description:

  • Drive innovation across all social channels, remaining up to date on new technology, platforms, macro trends and competitor activities to apply to strategic plans.
  • Partner with our Marketing/Sales Manager to support the execution of layered strategies and manage content calendars across multiple platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook to name a few).
  • Help drive the creation of dynamic, unique, and engaging content while ensuring all content has user journeys optimized for lead prospecting and conversion. Identify trends and create content that is outstanding within the related field.
  • Oversee and manage planning, content calendars, reporting, and optimizations across all social platforms
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
  • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns across all digital platforms
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform content creation
  • Proofread and edit social media posts for grammar, spelling, and clarity
  • Utilize video editing software to create compelling visual content
  • Capture high-quality photographs for use in social media posts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
