Position: Office Assistant

Part-time or Full-time position (M - F)

Pay Rate: $16-$20/hour to Start + Bonus

Location: South El Monte, CA

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist that can function in a Fast Paced, Positive environment. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for Answering Phones, Customer Service, as well as support functions for our Operations and Installation teams.

We are looking for a good fit to join a high-performing team within the company. This is a dynamic opportunity with room for growth, and the ideal candidate must be able to provide the following functions:

-Must speak and write English fluently. Second language a plus.

-Receive in-bound calls from customers and vendors

-Process mail

-Support payable and receivable processing

-Coordinate communication between departments

-Excellent Organizational skills.

-Ability to work individually and as a Team

-Must be a self-starter, motivated employee who can work without supervision.

-Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Primarily Excel, Word, Google Drive, QuickBook)

-Must be thorough and accurate with an attention to details.

-Experience in administrative support role

-Wholesale industry knowledge a plus

-Intermediate skill level for MS Office and QuickBooks, and ability to quickly learn in-house software

-Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills

Job Description

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, while consistently follow and achieve department’s sales goals. Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. 
  • be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. 
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Comply with inventory control procedures


  • Proven work experience as a retail Sales associate, sales representative or similar role
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Excellent communication and Rapport building skills
  • Must read and write English, Basic Math skills, Familiarity with inventory procedures
  • Basic Microsoft word and excel knowledge, Quickbook knowledge is a plus
  • Team oriented and self motivated, Great time management. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
