Step 1: Design Approval & Production Queue Confirmation
Once you sign off on your custom print template, you’ll receive an automated email confirmation letting you know your order has officially been approved and placed in line for production.
Step 2: Production Has Begun
How will I know when my custom cups are being made?
When your order officially enters production, you’ll receive an email letting you know that your custom items are now being manufactured.
Step 3: Products Are Shipping to Custom Cup Factory
What happens after production is complete?
Once production is complete and your order is on its way to us, you’ll receive an email update notifying you that your products are shipping to Custom Cup Factory.
This step keeps you informed during international transit and reassures you that everything is moving forward as scheduled.
Step 4: Product Arrival Confirmation
How will I know when my order arrives?
As soon as your custom products arrive at Custom Cup Factory, you’ll receive one more email confirming their arrival.
At this stage:
- Your order has safely reached our facility
- It is being prepared for final handling and shipment to you
- You’re one step closer to receiving your custom products
