We cannot guarantee that these lids will fit cups that do not belong to Custom Cup Factory. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE RECEIVING SAMPLES TO TEST WITH YOUR CUPS PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.
As per our return policy, we cannot accept a return if any of the inner sleeves have been opened. lf all of the original packaging is intact and you would like to proceed with the return, the initial shipping cost is nonrefundable and you will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.
